Abstract

At present, the crisis of terrorism is not limited in the periphery of any state or part of the world, but in its current form, this perfection has become global. It has a broad and well structured structure similar to any other global institution. Terror attack of September 11, 2001 is a clear example of how terrorism has used the facilities available as a result of globalization to change its functioning. This structure of terrorism is pre-ordained with systematic and accurate information technology and professionally employed youth who can carry out terrorist attacks in any country anywhere in the world.
