Abstract

Political and financially, the 1990-2000 decade has been a whole time. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, a revolutionary transition began in the international relations between the states on the global scene. Especially after the arrival of globalization, whether it is a developed country or a developing country. These incidents triggered a new economic challenge in front of these two types of countries, soon this period of globalization started a competitive economic development between the states at the international level and the construction of regional economic organizations started Gaya. Changing the global window, the challenge to strengthen the rapidly expanding economy in this economic scenario brought India's leadership closer to the Southeast Asian nations, because the South-East Asian nation is due to its strong economic growth. In that time, the importance of India's growing economy and political relations were important. In addition, the importance of these countries was determined by K.M. Panikkar in 1940, which was later confirmed by Jawaharlal Nehru with his views. In fact, if we see, India's first foreign diplomatic diplomat remained with South-East Asian nations, when India supported the anti-colonial movement here.
