Abstract

Polymer electrolyte based on Poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluropropylene) (P(VdF-HFP)) and sodium triflate (NaTf) was prepared and its ionic conductivity was found to be 4.19 x 10-7 Scm-1. The frequency dependent conductivity was analysed by Johnscher’s power law. Dielectric behavior of the prepared film was studied from the frequency response of dielectric constant (ε^') and dielectric loss (ε^''). Presence of relaxing dipoles was analysed from loss tangent spectrum. The structural changes and complex formation were identified from X-Ray diffraction patterns.
