Abstract

Information technology industry is completely based on thinking and innovative skills of the employees this industry outputs are based on creative abilities of the employees. In such prominent and highly intellectual ability based IT industry it is needed to manage employees’ performance in order to retain talented employees. In this regard organizations put their efforts to increase employee job performance and employees feedback on commitment towards organizational goals. Employee performance appraisal practices used to evaluate employees capacity and capability because these practices directly linked to organizational performance.
