Abstract

The study presented is "Study of the aptitude of teachers teaching in colleges". In the research study presented, teachers in the financially aided and self-funded colleges of Allahabad district have been included as a population. In the study, 50-50 teachers have been selected in financially aided and self-funded colleges. In the study presented, "List of aptitude for teaching-occupation" was used by Dr. S. S. Chopra. The mean, standard deviation, standard error and t-ratio statistical methods have been used for data analysis. In conclusion, there is a difference in the aptitude of teachers teaching in colleges. .05 There is a significant difference in the attitude of teachers towards teaching profession in colleges funded and self-financing at the significance level.
