Abstract

Shatapatha Brahmin Shukla is a large Brahmin scripture of Yajurveda. Which has a hundred chapters. These are found in both branches of Shukla Yajurveda. The credit of making Shatapatha Brahmin's most proud person is due to the methodical description of his sacrificial offerings. The Yajna is started from the beginning of creation, but earlier it used to be more profitable in a short time, but after some time the ritual of Yajna increased so much that the Brahmin era became the era of complete development of Yajna institution. In the Shatapatha Brahmin, along with the deliberations of yagyas, there is a huge store of cultural elements as well. The exact description of our social life is found in the Satpath.
