A Critique of Vikramshila University as a Buddhist Teaching Center

The establishment of Vikramshila University was 25 miles away from Bhagalpur in Bihar state, in the 8th century by the Pala dynasty ruler of Bengal. It was located in the southern part of the Ganges on the hill. This university was the most famous among the educational centers of the Middle Ages. Due to lack of resources, it can not be said that Vikramshila Bihar was named after the name of the place. On the basis of which the name of the place was named. It was renowned till the beginning of the nineteenth century and it was the center of the main knowledge center of the era of the contemporary society.
