The aim of the teachers is to create children's character and to cultivate such values, thereby increasing their learning ability. The teacher should try to create confidence in the children, the students become imaginative and creative. Creative and imaginative students are counted among the best students. Those students who attract teachers, are the best results. On the contrary, teachers focus their attention towards students who are weak in reading and develop a better understanding and learning tendency among them.
