Abstract

Along with the inclusion of gods and goddesses in the mythology, it should also have a sense of righteousness, without it even if it becomes a god-story, it cannot become a 'scripture'. At the same time, myth and mythology keeps our culture alive. In both these stories, imagination, description of amazing events and belief etc. are discussed in all the elements and both of them are based on tradition. If myth is historical, then the story is an expression of historical romance. The mythological narrative, despite being ancient, is full of novelty and has changed the changing social patterns of civilization.
