Abstract

The system which came from time to time, whose main purpose was to control the person's life individually and collectively, to keep the social organization under the character system, was also present in the critical times. Describing its significance, it is said to have been created by Brahma to protect the religion in the public interest in the Mahabharata's peace festival. There is also a clear mention of four ashrams in Manusmriti - Brahmacharya, Homes, Vanspsta and Sanyasa. These are considered to be the four stairs of success in life, on which Dwij was able to make his life successful.
