Abstract

The nanocrystalline SnO2-ZnO composites is prepared by microwave assisted technique.A stannous chloride is used as a precursor with deionized water as a solvent. The morpholozy and nano structure have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive analysis by x-ray ( EDAX),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected area electron diffraction ( SAED).it has been shown that ,spherical nano crystalline sno2-zno nano composite is formed.
