Abstract

First of all, there is a philosophy hidden in the title of the play Abhigyan Shakuntalam of the great poet Kalidas. The last words Abhijnan and Shakuntalam are based on the name of the heroine of the play. The meaning of the word Abhigyan is that for the purpose of identification, this knowledge has very deep meanings. This has had a huge impact on the climax of the entire play. The love between Dushyant and Shakuntala in the sacred surroundings of Kanvarrishi's ashram was social and without morality from the point of view of readers, because this love sprouts without the permission of the teachers. Therefore, the heart of a poet with Indian sanskar considers such love to be punishable, for this punishment a curse has been imposed on Durvasa Rishi. But the monogamous love of both the characters of the play is strong, pure and spontaneous. The love of both of them has left an indelible mark in their hearts. The poet is familiar with this philosophy of life, his love is pure, so his life must be happy, so he has retaliated against punishment by taking the help of knowledge, due to which the poet has made the drama happy according to social behavior. The second question arises that Kalidasa's literature is the best literature in the world, out of which Abhigyan Shakuntalam is a unique work, in which we get to see the philosophy of sociality in every sentence, as well as the philosophy of poetry. E.g. "Ayelabdha Netranirvanaam" oh my eyes have attained salvation-like ecstasy, which is the ultimate goal of life, have attained everything that was worth seeing, that is, in a short sentence, this is the power to cross the immense ocean of the universe. There is philosophy.
