Abstract

Ruskin Bond presents an honest picture of the contemporary Indian scene. In fact, no Anglo- Indian writer can be so hold and forthright Indian ways of life as he is ironic and comic perception of life is Ruskin Bond"s forte . His novels is replete with human values and universal appeal. The germinal idea of his stories bears ample testimony to this.
