The subjective element of poetry has been considered in Indian poetry since ancient times. The element of aesthetics has been lectured in Indian poetry, thus the science that analyzes beauty has been given the name of aesthetics. In Sanskrit, basically, no word like aesthetics has come into vogue. However, in the discussion of poetic principles, the poets have used the words 'beautiful' and 'beautiful'. Therefore, the concept of beauty is pervasive in their concept, even if it comes with a change of form and name or sometimes it is used in the form of many synonyms. The word beauty is the semantic noun of 'beautiful'. In Indian literature, the word sundarya has an etymological meaning - 'suffix in the word' sundar '' sundarsya bhav: sandryam ', meaning the feeling of being beautiful is beauty. Aran is said to be derived from the yoga of suffix. ‘Su Susthu Unatti Chittan Dravikarati’ means he who draws the mind well is called Sundar. In this research paper, beauty, elegance, sweetness, charm and elegance have been discussed.
