Abstract
Theoretically, he was considered to be the owner of the land segment, clearing the forest and making it a farmer. But as economic progress had taken place, the demand for arable land was also increased in order to achieve redundancy production, as a result of which it was considered adequate to have rights not only about 300 A.E.
