Abstract

This study is the second part of a lecturer selection and recruitment process at the university level in Indonesia, where the process requires a mechanism and does not rule out the recruitment process requiring trust, the performance of a person and the capital of the fraternity. This study aims to provide an overview of the lecturers recruitment process at the university level. In this second study, it is similar to the first study using a sample of universities in Jakarta, as an analytical tool. From this study, it was suggested that the selection and recruitment process of lecturers at the university level requires past experience, by looking and guiding performance.
