Three Divorce : Yaksh Prasan of Human Rights

Abstract
After the verdict of the Supreme Court, there has been debate on three divorces. Supreme Court has declared three divorces illegal. The Supreme Court has told three divorces against women's rights. Three divorces increase gender inequality. While analyzing the three divorces in this paper, it is said that three divorces are what? How three divorces are linked to women empowerment. By removing the maladministration of three divorces, Muslim society can provide a lesson to the rest of the society that Islam is a dynamic religion and against gender discrimination. Not only women, but children and whole society are affected by such misdemeanor as three divorces.
