Abstract

While on the one hand the sense of 'power' is embedded in a terminology like 'Women's Empowerment', on the other hand it also echoes the ideological realization of women's and men's equality compatible with human dignity. It is undeniable that in the overall human way of life, woman has been considered as the best concept of the creator. The place of women in the universe is very important and the contribution is considered to be infinite. Not only this, the status of women is considered to be the criterion of any country's civilization and culture. In this situation, it is imperative that both men and women should be free from prejudices and move towards the goal by joining the mainstream flow of life stream keeping a feeling of coexistence and mutual trust. To do so is an urgent need of the present.
