Abstract

After the end of the Cold War, no country could survive the wave of liberalization, privatization and globalization in a polar global political system led by capitalist ideology. In such a situation, it was bound to have an immediate impact on all internal and basic strategies of all the developing countries including the third world like India. Under this effect, developed and industrialized countries with open and moderate ideologies, with the help of their industrial institutions and its products, established underdeveloped and developing nations as a market for themselves to ensure maximum development and national interests. Therefore, these developed and capitalist nations perhaps created undisclosed strategies to integrate the education system of backward, underdeveloped and developing nations within the ambit of their neo-colonialist concepts, under the influence of which not only the market environment entered the educational environment of these nations but here The educational institute of itself became an industrial and capitalist institution. As a result, any person who came around these institutions from the point of view of the possibility of profit or opportunity, they all became a consumer in some form or the other, individuals, groups, regulatory entities, who had some support or encouragement Doing effective positions or persons of governance.
