Abstract

Yoga helps in making the whole body flexible; Yoga strengthens the muscles; The body gets plenty of oxygen and the bones are strengthened; all this helps the pregnant woman not only during delivery, but also after delivery. It is also necessary in bringing it back to normalcy, it also has a good effect on the development and health of the child, the practice of Dyayoga provides the best health to the body and mind, combining the physical, emotional and spiritual development of the child with that of the mother.
