Qualitative increase in primary education at present time

Abstract
At the present time, most of the negative comments on primary schools remain unheard of, which are related to the government sector especially. But in the same way there are different aspects of the same coin, in the same way there are mainly two aspects of schooling and government and other teachers. As the first aspect, the government works on welfare obligations as well as on the capitalist powers which pass through several stages and also indirectly. Therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the other first addition.
