Study of the Effect of Family Environment on the Educational Achievement of Secondary Level Students

The studies presented are the study of the effect of the family environment on the academic achievement of secondary level students. In this study, a comparative study of the academic achievement of students of high, medium and low family environment has been done. In the study presented, the survey method has been used under descriptive research. In the urban area of ??Prayagraj district as a population, students studied in secondary schools are considered as population. Selection of secondary schools has been done with objective method, and after that, 100 students and 100 girl students, ie 200 students, have been selected in a stratified random method. In the form of 'Family Environment Schedule' produced by KS Mishra as a tool and the marks obtained in class 10 examination of the students, have been kept as an academic achievement. To analyze the data, the diffusion method (ANOVA) and T-ratio statistics method is used. The findings of the presented study found that the academic achievement of secondary level students has an impact on the family environment, i.e. the educational achievement of the students of high, medium and low family environments is different from each other.
