Abstract

The title of the study is a comparative study of the educational achievement motivation of the students studying at the secondary level of the rural and urban areas. As a purpose, the study of the educational achievement of urban and rural students has been done in comparative study. Keeping in view the nature of the research problem, the study doctor used the survey method of descriptive research. In the form of population, the students studying in class-10 of secondary schools of Allahabad district have been considered as population. In the study presented in the study, selection of 4 secondary schools of Allahabad district by layered random observation method has been selected and 150 selected students have been selected from ordinary random method from rural and urban areas. The 'Academic Achievement Motivation Test' created by Dr.R.R. Sharma has been used, with a total of 38 questions. Conclusion In the rural and urban areas, there was no meaningful difference in the motivation of educational achievement of students and students of secondary level.
