Comparative Study of Business Interest of Secondary Level Students of Rural and Urban Areas

In the study, a comparative study of the professional interest of secondary level students of rural and urban areas has been done. As a purpose, it is to compare the business interests of secondary level students of rural and urban areas. In the present study, the survey method has been used under descriptive research method. In the professional teaching training institutes of Prayagaraj district, the population of students studied is considered. In the study presented, 200 students studying in the professional teaching training institutes have been selected from the basis of gender based random method. For measuring professional interest in students, a professional interest measurement made by Dr. S.P. Kulshrestha has been used. The following findings in the study presented: There is no meaningful difference in professional, administrative, art, political, agricultural, social and home business interest in the business interest of secondary level students of rural and urban areas. Scientific, small business, commercial interest in secondary level students in the rural areas is more than the urban areas students and political interest in secondary level students of the urban areas is more than the secondary level students in rural areas.
