Study of Awareness of Hygiene Program in Secondary Level Students

Abstract

Cleanliness is related to education. This change is paramount in changing times. Schools do not have toilets, it affects children, especially girls' education. In our country there is a very big problem of schools without toilets. In the country more than 2 lakh schools have not been made toilets. Because of which the children are being forced to leave school. According to the data received from the Integrated District Information System in the year 2013-14, there are 18 schools in our country so far the toilet has not been constructed. According to U-Dies 2014-15, toilet availability has been set for 93.63 children and 96.53 girls in 2,33,517 schools across the country. In the year 2013-14, about 80.57 primary schools did not have separate toilet facilities for girls, due to which girls were being deprived of education. Therefore, the study seeker has selected a comparative study of awareness of cleanliness programs in the students of the secondary level urban and rural areas. For the purposes of the study, secondary schools of Prayagraj district have been selected with a stratified random method, in which 200 selected students are selected randomly by gender and area. Self-made equipment has been tested and tested in the study work. In the presented study, 53 statements have been created to measure the awareness of the hygiene campaign of the students of the secondary and upper level urban and rural areas, which are related to sanitation related awareness measurement. On the presentation of the Sanitation Campaign awareness measurement to the subject experts, 8 statements were withdrawn by the subject experts and then 45 statements were found correct and appropriate. T-ratios have been used in accordance with the nature of the paid-up for analysis and analysis of collected offerings. The findings of the study found that there is a difference between cleanliness programs in the students and students. The difference may be due to girls being more involved in domestic activities and more interested in cleanliness of the house.
