From the moment man opened his eyes in the lap of nature, he started trying to make his life happy and prosperous according to his intelligence and skill. In which art also played an important role. He created such works, which could help in making his life pleasant and smooth. For this he inscribed zig-zag drawings with stone tools, coals and paintbrushes on the caves and rock walls. Human beings have shown their self progress through lines and shapes in these paintings. If we look at these art works, then we will find that in spite of limited resources and struggling life, the way they have expressed their feelings is really amazing. On the basis of the remains from the caves and literary sources, it has become clear that painting as a form of art has been prevalent in India since time immemorial. Here the history of painting has started from the paintings of Bhimbetka and other caves of Madhya Pradesh and the drawings and drawings of animals made in the caves of Uttar Pradesh to Tantric worship.
