Abstract

India is a welfare state in which the government has been entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the social inclusion of all citizens, especially the vulnerable, neglected and vulnerable sections of the society, in this regard, the Constitution of India Or their basic rights have been guaranteed without any discrimination of religion and at the same time clear instructions have been given to ensure the welfare of the backward classes. The policy-directing elements of the state also speak of protection of these sections and promotion of their welfare. Keeping in view the needs of the weaker sections, various governments have taken many steps for such neglected people and formulated policies and programs for their welfare, where these programs and policies have failed to deliver the expected results, laws have been enacted. So that the weaker sections can get equal opportunities and get benefits. The present research discusses the challenges and solutions related to social inclusion.
