Abstract

Not only India, but the trends that the whole world is struggling with, it has been highlighted only as the characteristics of Bihar, as well as efforts to underline it as a shabby state which Tired of struggling with challenges. 1 In fact, it seems that this state is only envisaged as a source of frightening stories related to economic backwardness, social inequality, electoral anarchy and cultural overthrow and hence, this There is no doubt in agreeing to this that efforts have been made to present it as a 'dark city'. Possibly because of misleading information about Bihar and with this over-prejudiced mindset, misrepresentation has come into existence. But over the course of 20 years and even more, these so-called hypotheses and assumptions have certainly targeted changes and are becoming continuous, such as a gradual reduction in economic backwardness being assessed, violent electoral activities, For example, the incidents of looting of polling stations have been negligible in the year 2014, which has been possible only through efficient management of polling stations. The kind of voting system and management now being practiced in other parts of India is more or less the same in Bihar and certainly Bihar is no longer an exception in this context. Apart from this, possibilities are also being created, or rather it is becoming stronger day by day that caste conflicts in the political rivalry of the state should also be institutionalized in a more orderly and strong manner. Constant efforts are being made to achieve this goal. In fact, there should be no hesitation in agreeing fully to the fact that political authoritarianism and indomitable longing to do politics are responsible for maintaining the above elements and possibly motivates such behavior in politics.
