Abstract
Sanskrit literature is a pure mirror of social ideals inspired by spirituality. The stream of Sanskrit poetry, which originated in the Vedic era, is flowing at a constant pace till today. But in the era of modern globalization, in front of the dominance of Anglo-language, the vast form of Sanskrit literature has become limited. Scholars are neither able to dare to accept Sanskrit poetry completely nor deny its justification. In this situation of confusion, the exploration of the fundamental elements of Sanskrit literature is justified because it is only with the help of these fundamental elements that Sanskrit literature can prove its relevance and vitality while facing the current challenges.
