Abstract
The problem of juvenile crime is not a separate problem, but it is inextricably linked to social change and incompatibility in society. Scientific achievements in the modern era have brought development to a climax in every field. As a result, there has been a rapid change in the structure and functions of society. The process of industrialization, urbanization and globalization at a rapid pace has also changed the social structure and cultural values ??of developed and developing countries at a very fast pace. Traditional values ??of life have also changed very rapidly. Considering the seriousness of the subject of child crime, an effort is also being made to establish it as a separate science.
