Abstract

Mahatma Gandhi The need for quality management of NREGA works and the important objective of NREGA is to create durable assets and to promote the livelihood base of the rural poor, in which the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act provides women to those villagers who are ready to do manual labor. . Guaranteed employment of 150 days is provided in every financial year in which this scheme aims to empower and develop rural women along with rural women with employment guarantee and migration from villages to cities and to curb women violence and society. It helps in bringing about social equality towards women.
