Abstract

A true and value-based education is empowering men, men empowering the society and a healthy society equipped with moral and ethical values are the foundation stone and pillar of rich civilization and a strong Nation. Education and educated peoples are the catalyst of change in every age of human civilization. Civilization is built prosper and wind over the ages but it left a beautiful memory, which were written in a gold word in the history of that civilization. The prospective and dimension of education in the past centuries and in 21st centuries have a radical changed. Earlier we talk about civilization now you talk about modernization and globalization. Now we have broken all narrow boundaries in education and social system and trying to thrust, how our education sustained can be sustainable and updated as per time and global needs. all physical and cultural boundaries are collapsed gradually with the spread of education with holistic approach, providing degrees prompt and show type of higher education is unable to fulfill the personal and social needs of our young learner in this competitive age, because we are trying to make them only money earning machines than nothing, their mind and soul are remain unsatisfied and restless because they do not have for they actually needed to enlightening of their mind, body and soul. Through my paper I wanted to look forward a healthy change in our higher education and institution and established education infrastructure including its stakeholder at par excellence level.
