Abstract

At present the ancient records have been replaced by archives. Given the historical significance of archives, the International Council of Archives was formed in 1950, which paved the way for the modernization of archives established in various countries. Thus archives that provide a safe life to archives are important for historical evidence because they are the medium through which history is made.
