Abstract

Diabetes is a common problem of today's era. Diabetes is genetic and is the result of irregular lifestyle. The number of patients is increasing every year in India Diabetes. It used to happen that modern person who is endowed with material progress is also getting this disease, due to this the sugar (sugar) in the body increases in the blood flow and the reason for this is not due to eating sugar or sweets but the work of pancreatic pancreas is uncontrolled. And it is weak, this gland is attached behind the food bag on the left side of the stomach, the insulin coming out of it is called insulin, due to its deficiency, the sugar produced by food (glucose) directly in the blood effect causes diabetes. Due to the lack of production of pancreas in the amount, the amount of sugar in the blood increases, it has a bad effect on the eyes, heart, kidneys and nerves of the body, the body becomes hollow. The question arises that why does the pancreas make less insulin, the answer is that it is full. The habit of sleeping in the afternoon and night after eating, lack of physical exertion, neglect of exercise or walking, not chewing and chewing food is the main reason for this, this disease can be controlled by yoga.
