Abstract

Students who provide the necessary scientific, social and human abilities for the development of any word are invaluable homes of the nation. Therefore, proper development of the students is indispensable for every nation. For proper development, coordinated behavior and effective learning, it is very important for the students to have a holistic form. So that they can prove to be powerful, efficient and meaningful citizens while helping the nation in progress. Lack of mental health is the cause of various problems. All the people of the world wish to live a happy and peaceful life. The basis of a satisfied and happy life is good health. Which motivates the person to lead a meaningful and active life. Health is an essential quality of human being. Which has been accepted like that soil. Due to which the best Suman is Pushyit.
