Urban sprawl, fueled by rapid population growth and recent heat waves, has negatively impacted the microclimate and outdoor human comfort in cities. This phenomenon is directly linked to global warming, resulting in a range of environmental problems that are difficult to address. In the past decade, the Vesu area of Surat has experienced rapid commercial and residential development, surpassing other areas of the city. In an attempt to understand UHI predictions, Envi-met 3D modeling was utilized to compare the temperature difference of the study area to that of the last decade. Weather data was obtained from the Surat Meteorological Department website. The findings indicate that the average mean temperature of the study area in January of the past decade was 22.62 ºC, whereas simulation results show a temperature of 28.25 ºC. These results demonstrate that the construction materials and unorganized development of the city negatively affect the atmosphere's nighttime cooling rate, leading to a warmer environment in comparison to rural areas
