Abstract

This study is an endeavor to examine the relationship between Impulsive Behaviour and role conflict during stage of adolescents. Impulsiveness has been allied to variety of behaviours and characteristics, including intolerance, impatience, incentive seeking, acting without 19 thinking, and lack of ability to wait. Self-report measures have been developed to appraise impulsiveness and role conflict as a state of opposition, disagreement or incapability between two or more people or groups of people, which is sometimes characterized by physical violence. The result indicates that Impulsive Behaviour and role conflict have high significant positive relationship with adolescents periods in decision making, control over the resources and voice. Education helps students to get more liable behaviour to their parents, teachers, friends and society. Impulsive behaviour makes them emotionally dependent and behaviourally weak which then leads to their conflict. Research findings will definitely help the future researchers to understand influence of behaviour and role conflict on adolescents.
