Without keeping the human body healthy, the creature cannot reach its goal. Proper means of action, knowledge, devotion and fourfold effort can be possible only in a healthy life. Nowadays, there has been so much abundance of physical and mental luxuries that normal human beings are becoming alienated and deprived of mental peace and physical health day by day. Mental illness is increasing due to the busyness of life, luxury or sense gluttony. Various disciplines have been used in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita to achieve mental health. Those who have been designated by the name of worship or sadhana. In these systems of Sadhana, Karmayang, Jnana Yoga and Bhakti Yoga have been preached by Lord Krishna in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
