Abstract

This study is expected to throw light on various aspects on one of the most pressing issues in the current education system which is far below the potential of the students. There are many advantages to examining the different aspects that affect this condition. First, it is quick to reveal a number of informative findings, and by increasing the quality of knowledge about the condition. Second, this situation can lead to detailed recommendations on various issues to schools, families and government policy makers to help indexed students come out of their problems. Third, the net working of psychologists, social workers, teachers and parents can be strongly woven together to provide primary, secondary and tertiary social support systems to those students. Fourth, the findings will help people who are involved with outreach programs to create awareness about various aspects of the condition. Fifth, the study may serve as a start for further investigation in this area. In conclusion, the investigator hopes that this study will be of great use to the concerned students, teachers, family members and all others who are interested in the field of education and the welfare of exceptional children. Thus the harmful mix of myth and reality inherent in the campaign against academic low achievement is explored.
