Study of emotional intelligence of students Studying at Higher Secondary Level

Abstract

In the presented research work, the study of emotional intelligence of higher secondary students has been done in a systematic manner. The problem of the present study is "what will be the level of emotional intelligence of the higher secondary students". For this, data was collected by the students of class Higher Secondary. To know the emotional intelligence, the study of emotional intelligence of students studying at higher secondary level was done by using scale developed by Dr. Anita Soni and Dr. Ashok Sharma (2009). The mean, standard deviation and "T" value have been used for data analysis. The results found that there was a significant difference in the emotional intelligence of urban students compared to rural students of higher secondary school.
